General conditions
- In case of cancellations later than March 1 but before April 1, 2024, 50% of the paid sum will be returned. Later cancellations unfortunately can’t be paid back. We advise you to contact your travel insurance agency.
- Your registration is officially confirmed when your payment is received on the bank account of Accademia Amsterdam. We don't accept cash payments at the course location. Unfortunately, we cannot issue VAT-free invoices for companies.
- Official registration closes on April 23, 2024 or when the course is fully booked. On receipt of your subscription form, we will send you an invoice with the total amount. Later applications will be considered if there are still places available. Before April 1, 2024 you will receive a confirmation if the courses will take place.
- When the course has to be cancelled by the organisation, the total fee will be returned completely.
- If the courses unexpectedly have to be cancelled due to corona-measures taken by the authorities, the full fee will be returned, or your subscription will be valid for the summer courses of 2025.
- Introduction reduction can be given only once per booking and person, and applies to the person who introduces the other participant. The reduction is only valid when subscribed simultaneously. The introduction reduction CAN NOT be used in conjunction with the discount for Italian students or Vocal Ensemble.
- If parallel courses are followed in addition to the music course, these should be paid according to the rates of the desired number of days to attend. (However, the introduction reduction can be applied on the music course, if it was not granted already).
- You need to arrange your own travel to and sojourn in Deruta (Perugia). Please note that those who are staying outside the historical centre will need to be able to reach the course location(s) independently, by car or by other means. If needed, we provide transport from the train station in Perugia to Deruta vice versa (at a small fee). We strongly recommend that you indicate your accommodation preference when registering. This way we can advise you which accommodation to book, to avoid double bookings and help participants get a tailor-made stay.
- Six meals are organized for participants who want to eat communally. Meals for partners and children eating communally with us have to be reserved on application and paid separately in the restaurant.
- Participants are at all times responsible for their own and others' safety. The organization can not be held responsible for damage to or theft of instruments or other properties. Neither, the organization can be held responsible when our partners do not live up to their agreements.
- Bylaws are applicable and handed out together with the sheet music and course programme. In case of organisational and artistic disagreement, you need to follow the decisions of the qualified tutors.
- Musicians are requested to bring a music stand and to print the sheet music provided on our website. At latest April 15, the sheet music will be available for downloading. Participants of the arts courses are advised to bring own painting and drawing materials. In Deruta you can buy them yourself, as they are excluded from the course price. The concert by the tutors is free for all students. Photography students must have a suitable camera.
- Who is only participating in the vocal ensemble, can book additional workshops. These participants have no reduction possibilities. Singers who applied for the regular courses, can sing for free in the vocal ensemble. Italian choristers can participate in the vocal ensemble free of charge.
- Accademia Amsterdam is exempt from sales tax based on Article 25 under the Dutch OB Act and therefore no VAT is charged.
Condizioni generali
- Ai corsisti che annulleranno la loro iscrizione dopo il 1° marzo e prima del 1° aprile 2024 verrà rimborsato soltanto il 50% dell’importo. Dopo questa data non sono previsti rimborsi. Si consiglia di contattare la propria agenzia di assicurazione.
- Il saldo dell’importo, da versare sul conto dell’Accademia Amsterdam, comporterà la conferma della prenotazione al corso. Non si accettano pagamenti in contanti. Fatture sono sempre fornito della partita IVA.
- Termine ultimo per le prenotazioni è il 23° aprile 2024 o al raggiungimento del numero massimo di iscritti. Appena ricevuta la scheda d’iscrizione del corsista sarà inviata la fattura coll’importo totale. Le prenotazioni dopo il 23° aprile saranno prese in considerate soltanto se vi sarà disponibilità. Primo del 1° aprile 2024 verrà data conferma se i corsi potranno svolgersi regolarmente.
- Nel caso di cancellazione dall'organizzazione, l’intero importo versato verrà rimborsato.
- In caso di forza maggiore, a causa di restrizioni di legge, legato alle misure corona, verrà restituito l'intero importo o la tua iscrizione sarà valida per i corsi estivi del 2025.
- La riduzione per chi porta un altro partecipante congiuntamente, è valida solo per la persona chi introduce un’altra persona. Non si applica questa riduzione insieme con il sconto per gli studenti italiani né per il Coro.
- Quando sono seguiti corsi paralleli accanto al corso di musica, dovrebbero essere pagati secondo le tariffe del numero di giorni desiderati. (Tuttavia, la riduzione per chi porta un altro partecipante può essere data per il corso di musica, se non è già stato applicata).
- Ognuno dovrebbe organizzare e prenotare personalmente il suo alloggio. Ognuno dovrebbe organizzare il proprio viaggio a Deruta (Perugia). Per chi soggiorna fuori del centro storico, dovrà essere in grado di raggiungere il luogo dei corsi indipendentemente, in auto o altri mezzi. Se necessario forniamo il trasporto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Perugia a Deruta viceversa (con un piccolo costo aggiuntivo). Ti consigliamo vivamente di indicare la tua preferenza di alloggio al momento della registrazione. In questo modo possiamo consigliarvi quale alloggio prenotare, per evitare doppie prenotazioni e aiutare i partecipanti con un soggiorno su misura.
- Per chi vuole sono riservate 6 pasti a pagamento in un ristorante. Per gli altri (partners e bambini) la prenotazione è obbligatoria. Il concerto degli insegnanti è ad ingresso libero per tutti i partecipanti.
- I partecipanti sono sempre responsabili della propria e altrui sicurezza. l’Organizzazione non può essere ritenuta responsabile per danni o furto di strumenti o altre proprietà. Neanche, l'organizzazione può essere ritenuta responsabile quando i nostri partner non rispettino gli accordi.
- Il regolamento interno sarà fornito unitamente agli spartiti ed al programma del corso. Le decisioni degli insegnanti in merito alle questioni organizzative ed artistiche sono insindacabili.
- Ogni partecipante dei corsi di musica dovrà dotarsi di un proprio leggio e stampare le parti messe a disposizione sul nostro sito. Ulteriormente, dal 15° aprile, saranno disponibili per il download le partiture per il corso. Materiali di pittura e di disegno sono esclusi dal prezzo del corso e vanno portati dai corsisti o comprati a Deruta. Gli studenti di fotografia devono avere una macchina fotografica adatta.
- Chi partecipa solo all’ensemble vocale come corista, può combinare altri corsi. Coristi italiani possono partecipare nel ensemble vocale gratuitamente. I cantanti che sono iscritti per i corsi regolari, possono partecipare senz’altro nell’ensemble vocale.
- Accademia Amsterdam è esente dall'imposta sulle vendite ai sensi dell'articolo 25 della legge olandese sull'OB e pertanto non viene addebitata l'IVA.
